Returns (Refunds): Product returns and subsequent refunds are available only in the event of a clear manufacturing defect in the product or in case of an explicit error by the store (such as sending a model or color completely different from the order). The customer must notify us of their intention to return the item within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receiving the order. To be accepted, the product must be in its exact original condition as received, unused, with its tags attached, and accompanied by all its accessories and original packaging. In this case, the store will cover all return shipping costs. 2. Exchanges: Exchanges are available in two cases only: Incorrect size, where the product can be exchanged for another of the same model but in a different size (provided the size is available), or exchange for a different product from the store. The exchange request must be made within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The exchanged product must be in its exact original condition, unused, with its tags attached, and with all accessories.
